If you're familiar with Sukhumvit Soi 24 there is a group of tall buildings at the very end of the soi called the President Park. It is an upscale condominium where most of foreigners live. President Park Executive Serviced Apartments is also in this complex. It shares many facilities with the Condos, whether the pool, the fitness or the spa.
If you're still thinking where this is, does "Paulaner Brew house" ring any bells? If it does, than you must a very old Bangkok fan. Yes it used to be here, many years ago, right in the complex, now it turn into a Tops Supermarket. In the complex there is an Au Bon Pain with nice outdoor settings. It's a good place to have meetings before you start the night or just a place to have coffee and chill. If chocolate is your thing, there is a KAKAO Chocolate café (link http://www.at-bangkok.com/event_kakao_cafe.php) just in walking distance of the Apartment/hotel.
Located in an upper-class area, is opposite to Soi Klang (soi 39). Sukhumvit 24 is growing with new developments of condominiums and apartments, with some nice restaurants and of course the Emporium Shopping Complex, Where we like to go for unplanned lunch or dinner.
The room at the President Park Executive Serviced Apartments is very well appointed. This is not a place to come for hotel like services but It can serve as a nice accommodation alternative of the usual hotel. The rooms are elegant which has just been refurnished with many types of rooms to choose from. If you are looking for more space in a room the smallest one is like a mini suite with living and sleeping area. And it comes with a kitchen and all the kitchen ware.
For the health lover, Capital Club which is located in the complex under a dome shape tent structure, provide fully equipped fitness equipment with personal trainers and even a rock-climbing wall for those more adventurous. If you're aching after the workout releasing your pain with "Ananda Spa" located right below the fitness floor.
